Shalei Griffel leads the business operations and marketing efforts at Life Stone. With a degree in Health Services Administration and over fourteen years of experience in healthcare, she is dedicated to creating a client-centered environment where individuals feel supported and staff feel valued.

Her work focuses on providing high-quality mental health care and building a culture where compassion, growth, and connection guide every part of the client and staff experience. She values feedback and welcomes suggestions to help Life Stone continuously improve and enhance its impact.

Originally from Montana, Shalei now lives in Utah with her husband and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their many sporting events, working on DIY projects, and spending summers back home at the lake.
