Learn About Kaitlin Olsen, LCMHC:

Kaitlin Olsen, LCMHC, graduated with her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Utah State University. She has experience working in residential treatment with individuals facing a variety of mental health and substance use issues, as well as experience working in a shelter for people who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault. Kaitlin also worked for several years in behavioral and neuroscience research to better understand how stress/trauma affects each person in different ways.

Kaitlin is the Clinical Director for Life Stone Counseling Centers-West Jordan. She oversees clinical efforts at the West Jordan facility, assists in designing clinical programs, supervises staff. She is also the intern liaison at Life Stone; overseeing student clinicians from Masters and Doctoral programs originating from Universities around the country. In addition to this, Kaitlin provides direct care in the form or individual therapy, assessments, couples and family therapy. 

Kaitlin meets with individual clients (ages 13+) and couples, taking a warm and empathetic approach to counseling. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their personal goals and work toward them at a pace that feels comfortable, whether you'd like to move gradually or are ready to take decisive steps toward your ideal future. Kaitlin practices at our West Jordan location.
