Lindsey is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker (CSW) with a strong educational foundation in the field of psychology and social work. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Utah. With a passion for helping individuals and families, Lindsey has leveraged her academic background and professional training to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves. She has experience working with kids after interning for the Alpine School District, providing individual and group therapy. 

With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Lindsey has worked extensively with individuals, families, and couples facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Her expertise extends to addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, substance use disorder/addiction, identity struggles, and the complex aftermath of trauma. 

Lindsey's work goes beyond traditional therapy, as she possesses a profound understanding of the complexities that can arise when individuals or families navigate leaving a religious organization. She provides a supportive and empathetic space for those grappling with the unique emotional and psychological challenges associated with this transition. 

Her clinical skills shine through in her work with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, offering them effective therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs.
